TICKET sales for Worcester City's Isuzu FA Vase round of 16 tie with Worcestershire neighbours Stourport Swifts on Saturday have surpassed 1800.
Just under 2000 will be in attendance on Saturday for the highly-anticipated local derby cup tie in which both City and Swifts will be playing for a place in the Vase quarter-finals, just three matches away from a Wembley final.
A further 300 tickets were made available on Sunday, taking the potential crowd to 1900, which will be a record for Stourport at their Walshes Meadow ground. There are still some tickets available to purchase, follow this link to get yours now.
It is set to be a memorable occasion for both clubs involved, especially for both sets of supporters, who will now be dreaming of a trip to the famous Wembley Stadium.
City have never reached the quarter-finals of the competition whilst Stourport Swifts reached the last eight back in 2020.
City will be backed by a huge travelling support, likely to outnumber Swifts by around four to one, and they will also be heavily fancied to win on the pitch. The bookies do have City as favourites to win the entire competition at 5/4, whilst Swifts are down at 20/1.
