STOURPORT Swifts aim to end a four-match winless run in Zamaretto League Division One Midlands on Saturday (3pm).
They entertain strugglers Soham Town Rangers at Walshes Meadow with Chris Cornes and Mark Benbow back from suspension.
Fellow midfielder Nathan Jukes could be available following an injury he suffered playing for the national police side.
Captain and centre-half Andy Jones (ribs) is 50-50 for the clash.
Manager Neil Hunt was left regretting his side’s defensive errors in last Saturday’s 4-1 home loss to Burnham.
Swifts controlled the first-half and took the lead through Jamie Insall.
But goals either side of half-time saw them trailing and, once Jamie Price was sent-off for a two-footed high challenge, Swifts were punished by two more strikes.
Price will not serve his three-match ban until the following weekend.
Hunt said: “Jamie’s sending off was fair enough. He’s a slip of lad and he went in with both feet just to protect himself.”
Swifts’ Red Insure Cup second round clash at Bishop’s Cleeve was postponed yet again on Wednesday night due to a waterlogged pitch.
