NORTHSIDE Colts needed extra-time to progress in the Worcestershire FA Under 14s Cup with a 4-2 win at Westbury Celtic Youth.
In a close encounter, Celtic went ahead following a corner on the stroke of half-time.
They doubled their advantage in the second period with a long-range volley.
But Colts player-of-the-match Matt Armstrong began the comeback and then ensured extra-time by heading in Shaun Henley’s corner.
In extra-time, Armstrong gave the visitors the lead for the first time from Guy Bellamy’s long clearance.
Henley made the game safe by finishing off hat-trick hero Armstrong’s pass.
Meanwhile, Pershore Town Under 12s’ unbeaten Ambassador League record ended with a 3-2 defeat at Bredon Colts.
The hosts are undefeated, despite McIlvenny firing Pershore ahead on four minutes.
Bredon hit back and scored twice more after Kimberley put the visitors back ahead.
Luke Parsons was Pershore’s player-of-the-match.
