Good work by forwards Jack Saddington and Dean Goddard made ground, before Steve Poke made a break to find Simon Pearce in support and dive over. Again Metcalfe added the conversion.
Berkswell came back strongly to reduce the arrears with a penalty, before Metcalfe slotted one of his won.
After the break, another well-struck Metcalfe penalty edged Droitwich further in front.
A strong run from midfield saw the hosts crash over to score.
As the game entered the final quarter, Phil Horton rallied his men and a nice break by Matt Barnes saw Pons in support to race over for his second try. Metcalfe slotted a third penalty to conclude the scoring.
