OMBERSLEY Golf Club’s Inneke Stevenson won both the Mary Turner Salver and the Dorothy Hill Trophy at the Worcestershire and Herefordshire Lady Veteran Golfers Association medal at Fulford Heath GC.
Meanwhile, club members Diana Bloore, Pauline Smith, Helen Lane and Lynne Craig claimed the Puckrup Bowmaker challenge, Women came from all over the county for the club’s annual am-am. Sandra Pomeroy and Janet Gore (both Ombersley) joined forces with Anne Wilson (The Worcestershire) and Leslie Lammas (Bransford) to record a huge, title-winning 92 points.
Pomeroy also won the longest drive award, while nearest the pin went to Mary Dodd.

Lewis Engineering Trophy: Mary Dodd, 47; 2 Jenny Kerridge, 46; 3 Helen Lane, 40.
