In the second-half, Worcester captain Jon Sprague hit back with a penalty stroke but poor passing allowed Warwick to restore their two-goal lead.
But Pete Gibbins’ injection of skill and trickery led to Steve Howard scoring and Rob Riddell coolly slotting away a penalty corner.
Then Gibbins set up Sprague to net the winner five minutes from time.
A poor start saw the seconds go 2-0 down at Telford and Wrekin in Midlands Division One.
Brett Pittam and Jez Drake’s fine drag-flick pulled Worcester level but they leaked another two goals to lose 4-2.
Restructured Worcester Thirds shipped three goals in the first-half against Rugby and East Warwick in the Midlands Premier Division.
Despite a bright start when Matt Walker hit the bar, the hosts’ pressure was only rewarded with a Gareth Roberts second-half tap-in.
Worcester Fourths continue to search for their first Midlands Premier Division points of the season as they went down 3-0 at Stourport Fourths.

Worcester Women’s Seconds failed to build on their first win, losing 4-1 at Old Silhillians.
They started positively and went ahead when Lucy Merrett and Libby Hayes combined for the latter to score.
Jo Brett’s fine saves maintained the lead along with good marking from Donna Holland and Alice Duke.
But Old Sills levelled as Worcester tired and took the lead from a short corner before adding two more after the break.
In Division Three, the thirds suffered their first defeat of the season at Ludlow, going down 4-1.
They started with 10 players due to a few no-shows but went down to nine after an ankle injury to Becky Smith.
Despite good saves by keeper Liz Furber, Ludlow were two ahead by the interval.
Worcester tired and conceded two more but bagged a goal through player-of-the-match Chloe Stanbridge.
The fourths, fielding 10 players, put in a valiant effort but went down 7-0 at Redditch Seconds.
Worcester Badgers Pippins lost 6-3 to an adult team from the club with Alex Wagner, Daniel Freeise and Scott Smith on target.
