PERSHORE ‘B’ and St Stephen’s ‘E’ recorded 4-1 victories in SEC Solutions Ltd Worcester Snooker League Division One.
Matt Jones notched breaks of 47 and 26 in his win over Carl Smythe for Pershore, while Rob Bloom and Shaun Lannie chipped in with 41 and 32 respectively.
Kev Jeffrey (St Stephens ‘E’) compiled a 36 against Cliff Wood from Hallow ‘B’.
In Division Two, St John’s ‘L’ continued their woeful start to the season with a 5-0 whitewash at the hands of a strong Rileys ‘A’ team. Rileys’ Bill Mapp produced a superb 43 break, while Rileys ‘B’ recorded their first win and the season by imposing new side Heenans B’s first defeat.
