WORCESTER Kimura Shukokai Karate Club returned from the KSI European Championships in Germany with a fine array of medals.
Josie Farrow gained a silver in the girls’ 16 to 17 years kata event but her kumite efforts were foiled in the semis when she was kicked in the arm and unable to carry on.
Audun Daniels took gold in the men’s kata and over 80kgs kumite events.
He was also a part of the gold-winning kata and kumite teams.
Both are in training for the World Championships in Portugal in 2010.
