NUNNERY Wood Wolves kept up their lead at the top of Stourport Youth League Under 14s Division Two with a 4-2 win at Martley.

Martley went ahead through an indirect free-kick after a back-pass was handled and they doubled their lead on the stroke of half-time.

With the wind behind them, Wolves struck back and Rees Williams scored the first with a smart chip.

They drew level on 51 minutes when Sam Jones finished a through-ball off cleverly.

In the 55th minute, Lewis Walls placed home a header from a corner to put Wolves ahead for the first time.

A fine Ollie Carter back-heel rounded off the scoring to complete Wolves’ fourth league win on the bounce.
