BEN Rogerson bagged a hat-trick as Nunnery Wood Pumas Under 15s beat St Marks Juniors 8-0 in the Cheltenham Youth League.
The breakthrough arrived on the half-hour mark when Neil Green thundered home Luke Gaffney’s pass from 25 yards.
Joe Greaves followed up a rebounded shot to add the second before half-time.
Pumas started the second period brightly with Gaffney meeting Brad Taylor’s corner on the half-volley.
Rogerson swooped for his first after a parried shot from Gaffney who then provided the impressive Greaves with the fifth goal.
Green linked with Jordan Waller to score again and Rogerson completed his treble in the last 10 minutes after assists from Gaffney and Ryan Griffiths.
UNDER 16s: Worcester City Wanderers defeated Westbury Celtic Youth 5-3 in an entertaining friendly.
City opened a two-goal lead through Enrico Maglifiore’s header and a Steve Keay strike.
Toby Attwood and Adam Evans combined for Daniel Brookes to head in the third.
Celtic replied before the interval and attacked strongly in the second-half to make the scores level.
With 20 minutes left, player-of-the-match Brookes sealed his hat-trick with two goals to ensure victory.
