WORCESTER Wolves head for Milton Keynes Lions tonight looking to continue their push for the British Basketball League play-offs.
With four matches in eight days, Skouson Harker’s squad will be stretched but they go into this game buoyed by a 107-87 victory over London Capitals last weekend.
But ,with the Lions also looking to reach the play-offs, player-coach Harker knows it will be a tough test.
“Lions have some good veteran players and they can all do well on any night,” he said.
“I am not sure how the signing of Jayson Obazuaye will affect them, but he is a good aggressive guard who will score. It will be interesting to see how they mesh.”
The Lions were without a game last weekend and come into this clash on the back of a defeat against Plymouth Rai-ders, but coach Vince Macau-ley feels that this could be a benefit for his side following the capture of Obazuaye.
“It’s been helpful to have the weekend off as we have had extra time on the court,” said Macauley.
