WORCESTER City’s annual general meeting will now take place at 7pm.
The meeting, to be held on Friday, November 28 at County Hall in Spetchley Road, had originally been set for 6.30pm.
However, the form sent out to shareholders stated 7pm and that time has been confirmed by the club. An extraordinary general meeting is still scheduled to take place at 8.30pm on the same evening at the same venue.
The AGM will see 16 people standing for election to the board, including representatives of the current regime and the Shareholders Action Group.
With proxy forms needing to be returned 48 hours before the meeting, a result is expected on the night.
Out-going chairman Dave Boddy said: “Company law states that we have to announce the result of the ballot within 48 hours but we will hope to have the result on the night.”
Meanwhile, the club’s annual sportsman’s dinner has been postponed until February 20.
