THERE were goals galore at Arrow 2000 Reserves where Glovers Needle thumped the home team 9-4 in Worcester Sunday League Division Four.
Dave Attwood and Brian Lavell both hit hat-tricks and Andy Martin added a brace for Needle.
Whitehall remain top after a narrow 3-2 win at Inter Town with Richard Goode netting both goals for the losers.
Matthew Lambert bagged a hat-trick in Old Cock’s 4-3 victory over Beauchamp Victoria.
Perdiswell House hammered Blue Star 5-1 with Allan Molloy netting twice.
In the Premier Division, a Gary Price hat-trick gave leaders Perrywood a 3-0 lead against Kempsey.
However, they conceded three goals in the last 15 minutes as Kempsey fought back to take a point.
Oliver Dyde scored twice as Berwick Rangers beat Prinner Sports 3-0.
In Division Three, there were hat-tricks for Ian Radford of top-of-the-table Prinner Sports Reserves, who thrashed Crown 9-0, and Simon Smith as Perdiswell crushed Villagers 6-2.
Gareth Taylor bagged two for GDL Athletic, who beat Old Vigornians 3-1.
Jason Beck bagged a brace in Division Two for St John’s, who won 4-2 at Anchor Falcons, as did Alistair McCall in Northwick Vale’s 4-1 home win against Powick ‘A’.
The second round of the Worcestershire FA Sunday Premier Cup saw Powick beat Westbury Celtic with a single goal from Bryan Craven.
Joining them in the last 16 are Arrow 2000, who thrashed Perowne Park Rangers 7-0 with Lee Seldon grabbing a treble and Gordie Beauchamp a brace.
Probably the best performance came from Callow End with substitute John Goodman netting twice in their 3-2 extra-time win against Bromsgrove General.
In the Junior Cup, Warndon Athletic also went through after extra-time with an excellent 5-3 victory over Upton Snodsbury.
Grant Gibbs was their hero, finding the net four times.
Also through are Bridge Rangers, who steamed past The Station 7-1.
Jamie Day notched a hat-trick with Adie Smith adding a double.
In the Saturday Minor Cup, Hallow went down 3-2 at home to Broadway United with Steve Coopey on target twice.
