WORCESTER City Council has teamed up with the Worcestershire FA and Wor-cester City Supporters Trust to deliver a free week of soccer as part of the National Anti Racism Week of Football.

The week, at Perdiswell Lei-sure Centre during next week’s school half-term (Oct 27-31 from 9am to 1pm), will be free to all participants. There are 76 places available for ages 5-11 and 12-15.

During the week all participants receive a daily key note speech on anti-racism, as well as football skills and daily games. Spot prizes will also be awarded and local clubs will be invited to attend and give encouragement to those wishing to join their local club.

Each person that attends all five days will be asked to play a game at Worcester City’s ground prior to the match against Welling United on Saturday, November 1. Par-ticipants will also lead out the two teams.
