STOURPORT lost a close game 2-1 at Cardiff and UWIC in Slazenger English Hockey League Men’s Conference West.

In Division Two, Stourport Thirds lost their second game in a row, going down 2-0 at Badsey to a brace of second-half goals.
The hosts could not break down the Wyre Forest side’s defence in the first-half.
Stourport controlled the first 15 minutes of the second period but did not convert five short corners.
Badsey won a short corner on the break to take the lead and notched a late second.
Stourport’s players-of-the-match were Hannah Terry and Sarah Kay.
Caroline Wilson scored as the fourths lost 4-2 to Tenbury Seconds.
Player-of-the-match was Jen Peniket, who made some good saves in the Stourport goal.
The Badgers recorded a 4-1 victory over Evesham with Nathan Claris, Simon Claris, Ben Corcoran and Matt Ella on target.
