WORCESTER Warriors Academy turned on the style to storm to an impressive six-try 43-12 win over the Army Under 23s at Sixways last night.
The next generation of stars showed the conveyor belt of talent at Sixways is still going strong during an emphatic first-half as they rattled up four tries through skipper Jake Abbott, Mike Penn, Greg King and Jordan Page.
The Army responded with a surging run from back-row speedster Vee Veikune just after the interval and a late score from Gus Qasevakatini.
But with fly-half Joe Carlisle pulling the strings, Warriors scored further tries through Ollie Grove and Earl Collins.
