WORCESTERSHIRE'S Ethan Brookes competed for England in the Hong Kong International Sixes.
Following his first season turning out for Worcestershire, the 23-year-old was selected in the seven-man squad to play in the tournament alongside former Worcestershire player, Ed Barnard.
Voted Worcestershire's T20 Player of the Year enjoyed a good campaign, playing in four of the six matches, and striking 35 not out off of just eight balls against Australia.
England lost both of their pool matches, but reached the final for teams that finished third in their group - beating India and New Zealand on their way there - where they lost to Oman.
The full squad was: Ravi Bopara, Alex Davies, Samit Patel, James Coles and Jordan Thompson, Ed Barnard and Ethan Brookes
