JAKE LIBBY looks ahead to his 100th innings of first-class cricket for Worcestershire, which will occur on his first innings of next season.

Libby made the move to Worcestershire from Nottinghamshire ahead of the 2020 season, and he has had a consistent impact for the side since then.

During that period, Libby has scored 4124 runs for Worcestershire in red ball cricket - an impressive average of 45.82.

The opener has also scored 12 centuries, and 19 half-centuries in that same period.

Libby's batting prowess is no secret, having finished in the top-three run-scorers in a domestic season on three separate occasions, while suiting up for Worcestershire.

Joining up with his team-mates for preseason training, Libby said: "It was quite a long season and was nice to rest up, have a holiday and play some golf.

"I’ll assess the season personally, and there are always thing you want to work on during the winter.

"There will be a lot of hours in the indoor nets and there are a few things I want to improve on."
