Worcester Wolves suffered a disheartening 103-78 defeat to Cardiff Archers.
The match, held at the University of Worcester Arena on Saturday (November 2), saw a strong start from the visitors.
Cardiff’s Dan Flaherty was in formidable form throughout the evening.

The American guard ended the first quarter with a three-pointer, setting up a healthy 21-12 lead for Cardiff.
Wolves' Zac Moody made an effort to close the gap with 13 points before half time.
Club captain Jacob Dearman also tried to rally the team with a late 5-0 surge in the second period, but the Cardiff Archers' dominance continued.
Flaherty was consistently allowed to advance to the basket unchallenged by the struggling defence, which only widened the gap between the two teams.
It wasn't until the last minute of the third period that anyone other than Akil Simpson could make a dent in the scoreboard for the Wolves.
With a home victory now out of reach, forward Emmanuel Yeboah led a final 10-minute scoring spree.
Yeboah ended the game with 28 points, while Dearman and Simpson scored 18 and 16 points, respectively.
Flaherty was the top scorer, amassing a mammoth 42 points.
Wolves coach Dean Blake said: "It was a very difficult night.
"We weren’t connected, particularly on the defensive end, and there were too many lapses of concentration.
"Half-time came at the right time for Cardiff as we had started to build a little momentum but unfortunately as we came back out for the second half the players just weren’t up for it."
Wolves will face Liverpool at the University of Worcester Arena on Saturday (November 9) at 7.30pm.
