Droitwich Spa are set to face a struggling Southam United as they hope to keep their unbeaten season alive this Saturday.

The match is set to kick-off at 3pm at King George V Stadium, and the Saltmen are eyeing their 11th league victory out of 13 matches so far this season.

The club are looking to extend it against a Southam United team that has undergone a recent change in management.

The Saltmen say they are determined to stay focused and maintain their 100 per cent win rate at home.

Manager Danny Walton and coach Dan Yarnold have said they are proud of what the team have achieved so far, and are looking forward to the rest of the season.

Spa were held to a 1-1 draw away at FC Stratford on Tuesday (October 29), as Alex Dugmore's goal secured them a point.

Under-12s team Droitwich Spa Youth FC Pythons will be the mascots for the day.

The youth team, which started training in July, has already had some strong performances in the six games played this season, winning three and scoring a total of 24 goals across all competitions.

The squad have a supportive network of parents and sponsors, Dortend International Ltd and Nick Stevens Design Ltd.

Before the match kicks off, there will be a minute's applause in memory of Droitwich legend Nick Duggan, who passed away in October.

Duggan was an original member of Droitwich Spa and is remembered for his significant contributions to the club.

Fans are encouraged to show their respects and appreciation for Duggan's commitment to the club since its formation.

As for the match itself, admission will be the usual £6 for adults, £4 for concessions, while under-12s can enter for free when accompanied by an adult.

All the usual facilities will be available on the day, including both bars, a burger van, a tea shack, and a club shop.

Matchday programmes will also be on sale.

With only one win away from home this season, Southam United are currently positioned third from bottom in the league.
