Two Worcester RFC under 18s have signed professional contracts.
Sarah Parry and Ala Lutui, former members of the U18 girls team, have turned pro.
Parry will be heading to nation's capital after joining Harlequins, while Lutui, who celebrated her 18th birthday this week, has signed with Loughborough Lightning.
She told the Northampton Saints website: "I chose Lightning because the opportunity to study at a top university whilst also playing at high level rugby is amazing.
"The facilities at Loughborough and coaching are top standard, which made it even easier to chose them.
"Everyone has been very welcoming and lovely."
Rugby is a family affair for Lutui; her father, Aleki, is a Midlands rugby veteran, having played 181 games for Worcester Warriors and represented Tonga at three Rugby World Cups.
