All-rounder Ben Allison has returned to Worcestershire on a two-game loan deal.
The Pears have announced that Allison will be rejoining them for two upcoming Vitality County Championship matches - a home clash against Surrey and an away game at Durham.
After playing four Vitality Blast matches for Essex this season, Allison will remain available for their upcoming shortest-format fixtures against Hampshire and Kent before heading to Visit Worcestershire New Road.

Head Coach Alan Richardson said: "We are thrilled to welcome Ben back to Worcestershire.
"His previous stint with us showcased his potential and commitment, and we believe he will be a valuable addition to our squad for these crucial fixtures.
"This opportunity allows Ben to gain more game time and continue his development as a cricketer, and we are excited to see him in action again."
