WORCESTER Rugby Football Club continue to produce international stars, with three of their girls being picked by England for the U18 Women's Six Nations that begins this weekend.
Haineala Lutui, Sarah Parry and Natalee Evans will play for England on Friday, with Evans captaining her country in the clash with Italy (March 29, 13:00 KO).
Lutui, daughter of Worcester Warriors legend Aleki, and Parry start at eight and centre in the first 35-minute match for England against Ireland, whilst Evans plays in the later game against the Italians.
The tournament continues on Tuesday, April 2 with two more 35-minute matches (vs Wales and Scotland) before the competition ends with a 70-minute game against France on Saturday, April 6.
Head coach James Cooper said: "We’re intending to go out and seize the opportunity and make the positive start necessary in this competition. Every player available will have some minutes under their belt by Friday afternoon and the group are raring to go.
"Our players gave a positive account of themselves last time out against Ireland, but we as a squad appreciate the stakes will be much higher this time around and will have two very testing opponents to open up our week in Colwyn Bay.
"Five fixtures over a week will test any side, and we anticipate the appropriate response from our team in embracing the challenge ahead and kick-starting the Festival in the best manner possible."
