ONLY 300 Worcester City fans will be able to get their hands on precious semi-final tickets for the away leg of the Isuzu FA Vase tie with Great Wakering Rovers.
City are two games from Wembley and will host Great Wakering Rovers in front of an expected sell-out crowd - 1400 supporters - for the first-leg at Claines Lane on March 30. Tickets for this game will be on sale from Monday, March 18 for season ticket holders and 10 Game Ticket Holders, before a general sale begins for all remaining tickets on Friday, March 22.
Worcester had 1400 away fans at the fifth-round clash with local rivals Stourport Swifts and it was a similar number for the home quarter-final against Emley, but their allocation for the away leg of the semi-final has been capped at 300.
That will be well below demand for the game and so the club are working on how tickets will be sold to City supporters.
"We have been in contact with Great Wakering with regards to tickets for the second leg on Saturday 6th April," the club confirmed on Tuesday night.
"City fans will have an allocation of 300 with the home side limiting the overall capacity for the game.
"Tickets will be provided by Great Wakering to us on the 30th to sell in the week leading up to the game. More information on how these will be sold to follow."
