WORCESTER City's plans for the future continue to develop under the ownership of Simon Lancaster.
The club have recently confirmed a number of new appointments below senior team level, with the arrival of a new Youth Chairman and several Youth Committee members.
Dan Sullivan is the new Chairman of the Youth section whilst Mark Hayward is the new CFO and General Manager, Nick Pearce the Vice Chairman, Hayley Tally as Secretary and Treasurer and Matt Tally as Head of Girls Football.
Lancaster also confirmed that a U23 development side would also be brought in from next season.
Commenting on the appointments, Lancaster said: "A thriving youth section is a fundamental part of any successful football club, and I have said from day one that it is one of my main priorities for WCFC.
"I would like to pay tribute to the phenomenal work done by outgoing Chairman Dave Francis in often difficult circumstances, including securing the new 3G facility at Perdiswell for our Youth, and I am also grateful to him for agreeing to remain on the committee moving forward.
"First of all I would like to welcome Dan Sullivan. Dan is a City fan, a coach with our current U15 Girls team, a passionate advocate of both WCFC and youth football, and he shares my exciting vision for our youth section. I would also like to thank Mark, Nick, Hayley and Matt for volunteering their time to join our team.
"Along with the rest of our current committee our goal is to ensure that our growing youth section, that we have already increased to 27 girls and boys teams for next season, becomes by far and away the best youth section in the area.
"With a clear pathway from under 7 right through to the first team, where we already have plans in place for next season for a competitive U18 and U23 development team to feed into our first team."
