SPORTING Club Inkberrow will resume their bid to reach the Hellenic League Division One play-offs this weekend after two weeks without a league game.
Berrow haven't played since a 2-0 win at Stonehouse Town on November 25 but are back in league action on Saturday when they host mid-table Calne Town.
The hosts start the weekend in fourth, five points clear of Shortwood United, who are a place outside the play-off spots as it stands.
It has been a terrific start to the campaign for Berrow following last season's promotion from the Herefordshire County Premier League (Step 7) in the summer, but they are now into that crucial hectic Christmas period.
Saturday's clash with Calne starts a run of six league games in 21 days through December, where all teams in the current top five will have their promotion ambitions severely tested.
This will be the second game of the campaign between the two sides, with Berrow winning 3-1 back in September.
Kick-off on Saturday is at 3PM at The Inkberrow Recreation Ground.
