WORCESTERSHIRE have been promoted to Division One of the County Championship after picking up the necessary two points required from their season finale at Yorkshire.
The Pears needed just two points from their clash at Headingley and Josh Baker was the man to get the all-important run on day two to pick up their second batting point as they hit 300 runs in their first innings.
Captain Brett D'Oliveira completed his century moments before their promotion was confirmed on a memorable morning for the county.
It means Worcestershire return to the top-flight of county cricket after a five year absence, having last appeared in the competition back in 2018.
