According to a statement released this afternoon, the initial lease agreement will be for two years, with an option to secure a further three years in February 2025.
Steve Harris, chairman of Worcester Raiders FC, thanked Atlas Worcester Warriors for helping the club secure the lease.
He said: "It has certainly been a challenging and uncertain future the club has faced in the past 12 months but together with everyone's help and support, we pulled through it.
"I would like to place on record my sincere thanks to everyone who has supported the club in these turbulent times.
"We couldn’t have done it without you all. A special thanks to all the Sixways staff who carried on despite the uncertainty of their own futures, they have been absolutely amazing.
"They have helped keep Sixways alive, which enabled not just us, but many other teams and events to carry on."
Harris also asked fans to give their support to manager Karl Gormley ahead of the upcoming season.
He said: "Please get behind Karl and the team for the 2023/2024 season; we need your support more than ever.
"The hard work doesn’t stop and we strive to give the City of Worcester a football club at the highest level they can be proud of."
Owners at Sixways, The Atlas Consortium, said back in February that Raiders would be kept on at the home of Worcester Warriors.

Harris said on Saturday that things could be tied up this week, with Atlas' Jim O'Toole supposedly in the process of drawing up the lease agreement.
In May, it was confirmed that Worcester Warriors had been taken over by the Atlas consortium.
The rugby club is now under the ownership of the Atlas group, directed by former executives Jim O'Toole and James Sandford.
