CURRENT Malvern Town and former Worcester City and Evesham United forward Dave Reynolds will retire from the game at the end of the 2022/23 season.
Reynolds, who had two stints with both hometown club Malvern and City, has been in fine form of late for The Hillsiders, who are still chasing promotion into Step 4.
He has scored 16 goals this season whilst playing a number of positions but has starred mainly from a midfield role in a Malvern side who are closing in on a promotion play-off spot.

In the build-up to Malvern's final home game of the 2022/23 season, Reynolds confirmed on Twitter that he is to retire following the conclusion of the campaign.
This will be my last home game at MTFC tomorrow as I’ve decided to hang the boots up at the end of the season. Would be great to see as many of you there as possible 🙌🏻 https://t.co/y5RA0FJXBg

Reynolds played with Malvern until he was signed by City back in 2017, where he went on to score 30 goals in his first season before being snapped up by Redditch United.
Things did not quite work out at the Valley Stadium and he returned to Malvern while remaining registered with City. Reynolds then had a stint with Evesham before eventually coming back to Worcester.
Reynolds will now finish his career with what will hopefully be promotion with hometown club Malvern.
