It proved to be a tough afternoon for Worcester Warriors Women as they succumbed to a ruthless Saracens side in a 64-20 defeat in their latest Allianz premier 15s fixture on Saturday.
The home side crossed for ten tries in total but Worcester managed four themselves to ensure they took a bonus-point back home with them.
Paige Farries scored two in the first-half but tries from Kelsey Clifford, Coreen Grant and two from Louise McMillan had Sarries in the driving seat at the break.
May Campbell crossed early in the second-half for Saracens but Lane Skeldon also touched down to keep Worcester in the contest before Charlotte Wright-Haley also raced over the line for the bonus-point.
But Saracens went on to turn the screw to take the game away from their visitors as they eventually romped to a big win.
Leanne Infante, Jessica Breach, Grace Moore, Sydney Gregson and Poppy Cleall got themselves on the scoresheet as the hosts went passed 60 points.
But despite the heavy defeat, Warriors still took a point from the clash and will look to use that ahead of their Sixways date with Loughborough Lightning this weekend.
