Worcester Raiders' boss Karl Gormley was left furious at full-time after a late penalty saw his side beaten by Malvern Town 3-2 at Sixways.
The manager said he would be filing a report on official Craig Davenport following his performance.
"Poor refereeing decisions played a big role in the game and I thought the referee was horrendous today," said Gormley at full-time.
"You cannot really play against that."
The manager pointed to the match winning penalty award and Malvern's equaliser in particular as decisions Davenport got wrong.
Jordan Murphy was also sent off late on for dissent.
"Both the penalty and the first goal, the ball was punched in. We could see it," added Gormley.
"The lads are adamant about that, they would have no reasons to lie to me, it was clear as day.
"Some of the comments we have had off the lads about what the referee was saying and doing during the game was awful.
"We will be making a report. But we cannot blame the ref entirely, we had chances to win the game and gave away some sloppy goals, we are gutted."
