FORMER Worcester Warriors skipper Ted Hill has continued to impress at new club Bath Rugby.
The back-row forward was named the club's Player of the Match for the third consecutive Gallagher Premiership match running in the narrow 19-13 defeat to Harlequins at The Rec on Friday evening.
Bath have improved drastically since they have brought in a number of Worcester's players following the club entering administration.
Hill and Ollie Lawrence have already cemented their place in the starting 15 under head coach Johann van Graan and are gaining rave reviews amongst the wider rugby community.
Lawrence had another impressive showing at centre with Cameron Redpath and the BT Sport commentators were also full of praise for fergus Lee-Warner, another of the Worcester boys to join Bath.
It was a special evening for another former Warrior as Niall Annett celebrated his 100th Premiership appearance off the bench.
But it was a first Premiership defeat for the blue, black and whites since October 15 after a run of three straight victories.
And Hill was once more named as Bath's Man of the Match despite losing the game, as Harlequins held out for a battling win.
A try count of 3-1 in Quins' favour told its own story, though, and Bath could not get quite close enough.
Skipper Alex Dombrandt, centre Oscar Beard and full-back Nick David touched down, with fly-half Tommy Allan kicking two conversions as Quins put the absence of an injured Marcus Smith behind them.
Wing Will Butt scored a second-half try for Bath, while Orlando Bailey and Piers Francis each landed a penalty, and Bailey a conversion.
