WESTFIELDS FC have been widely praised for their generosity after the club made the decision to allow Worcester Raiders to keep all gate receipts when the two meet on Saturday.
Raiders were originally scheduled to host the Hellenic League Premier clash at Sixways but due to the financial crisis at Sixways, Raiders are unable to play home games until the situation is resolved.
Westfields, as they did for the FA Vase games last weekend, have agreed to host the game at Allpay Park instead, whilst this time allowing Raiders to take all the money from the gate.
Not only have Westfields allowed us to play away from home, they have also allowed us to take all of the match takings and the gate on Saturday.

Their generosity extends far beyond football for us and their decision gives us a much better chance of survival. 3/4
A statement from Raiders' official Twitter account said: "It is without saying that, as a club, we’re in a very difficult situation as it stands with the closing of Sixways Stadium.
"Last Sunday, Westfields FC were kind enough to reverse our FA Vase tie. They have made the same generous decision, meaning our fixture can go ahead.

Assistant manager Tyrone Henderson added: "It's amazing, they are a top club, a proper non league club, and that's first class form them.
"For them to do that with the situation we are in. That's what you want.
"People bang on about how good non league is and this is a great example of that. It is massively appreciated."
