PAUL Dring finished third in the Wyre Forest 10-mile time trial in a time of 22 minutes eight seconds.
The Pershore-based Echelon-Spiuk rider was 37 seconds behind winner Bill Moore of Shorter/Rochford.
Dring also rode the Acme Wheelers 25-mile trial in Wales which attracted a field of 120 riders. He produced a personal best time of 54 mins seven seconds to be sixth fastest. The winner was Char-les McCulloch of Shorter/ Rochford in a time of 51 minutes 40 seconds.
Dring's brother, Steve, rode the Totnes Two-Day Road Race and finished 18th in the event won by John Tiernan-Locke from Mid Devon RC.
