HEENANS are the Worcester and District Football League Sunday Division Two champions.

They clinched the title with a 5-0 win over St John's. Darren Tafft netted twice with their other goals coming from Lee Tomkins, Adie Wooller and Richard Tomkins.

In Division Three, runners-up Warndon Athletic beat AFC Deers Leap 4-1. Grant Gibbs bagged a brace with Simon Insall and John Mann also on the scoresheet.

Kempsey United are just one point away from capturing the Premier Division crown after a 3-0 win at Powick.

Mark Goodman scored twice with Tony Farnsworth also on target.

Their nearest challengers are falling by the wayside. Perrywood could only draw 3-3 with Arrow 2000 and Archdales crashed to a 5-1 home defeat at the hands of Martley Spurs.

James Houston cracked a hat-trick for the winners.

In Division Four, Anchor have secured the runners-up spot. They won 3-2 at Speedy Sports with strikes from John Stallard, Steve West and Ian Townsend.

Highest scorers of the day were Littleworth who slammed ten goals past Junction Six without reply. Craig Weekes, Richie Adams and Tim Brown all netted twice.

In Division One, Steve Prickett hit a hat-trick for Martley Spurs Reserves who beat Droit-wich Spa Reserves 4-2.

In the Saturday League, Christian Tyler bagged two goals for West Malvern who drew 4-4 with University of Worcester.

The final of this season's Martley Cup final will be between Worcester YMCA and Martley Spurs.

YMCA drew 1-1 with Grosvenor Sports after extra-time but won the subsequent pen-alty shoot-out 3-1.
