WARDON Villages Scorpions under eights consolidated the-ir top half of the table position with a 1-0 home win over Eve-sham Robins.

Ben Ward's strike moved the Scorpions up to fourth in the table, just one place below the Robins.

UNDER NINES: Warndon Villages Tigers got back to winning ways with a 4-0 victory over Newtown Sports.

Man-of-the match Cameron Pinches and Dylan Hart both bagged a brace as the Tigers roared home.

UNDER 11s: Warndon Villages Vipers have given themselves a chance of not finishing bottom of Division One with a 1-0 victory over fellow strugglers Welland Colts Juniors.

UNDER 13s: Malvern Town Wanderer Colts had to come from behind to secure a 1-1 draw with Welland Juniors.

Welland took advantage of playing down hill in the first-half and scored a great goal thanks to a carefully placed shot by Joe Hargreaves.

During the first half Welland pressed for a second, but some great keeping from Malvern's Pete Shepherd and some good defending kept the visitors at bay.

In the second period, Malvern pressed and after some constant pressure saw Josh Seabourne level the scores.

The hosts went in search of a winner, but Welland keeper Ryan Williams was in fine form.

Worcester Raiders fell to their first defeat in four matches as they went down 3-0 to Blackpole Saints.

Jordan Gravenall put the Saints into the lead as his lob beat Adam Meek in the Raiders goal.

Blackpole took a 2-0 lead into the break as they netted from close range.

Sam Holmes and Louis Warburton both went close for the hosts but they were killed off as the Saints grabbed a third. Warburton and Aaron Roberts shared the Raiders man-of-the-match award.
