BROMSGROVE Rovers could have two new faces in their squad for Saturday's British Gas Business Premier Division match against Swindon Supermarine (3pm).

Caretaker manager Duane Darby is hopeful midfielder Lawrence Lambley and striker Dino Melitas will have signed in time for the Victoria Ground clash.

Lambley is currently with Rushden and Diamonds and will provide cover for absentee Matt Birley while striker Melitas once featured for Chicago Fire in the United States' Major League Soccer.

Darby said: "Lawrence is full of pace and Dino can create something from nothing."

Rovers won their first game in four attempts last Saturday when new signing Alex Cowley scored in the 1-0 success over Clevedon Town.

The manager said: "It was an ugly win but a win is a win at this moment in time. We are going in confident we can get another win."

Darby could still be without Les Hines (hamstring) and Kevin Banner (tendonitis) and also has to decide whether to play Karl Lewis or Chris Taylor in goal.
