WORCESTER Warriors lock Tim Collier will be hauled in front of the RFU disciplinary panel on Monday.
The 30-year-old second-rower, on-loan at National League One side Launceston, was sent off at the weekend in the Cornish All Blacks clash with Nottingham.
The former Harlequins lock only joined the Cornish side earlier this month until the end of the season as he recovers from a long term knee injury.
Collier is charged with dangerous charging contrary to Law 10(4)(g) and the hearing will take place at the Bristol Filton Holiday Inn.
