WORCESTER Rowing Club picked up senior and veterans' wins in their head of the river race.
The course had to be cut short from the usual four-and-a-quarter miles to three due to debris blocking the city bridge arches after the recent floods.
Worcester chalked up successes in the senior one eights and two in the veteran classes.
The overall winning crew was the Royal Shrewsbury School in a time of 13 minutes and five seconds.
The Shrewsbury school also won events in the junior 18, 16, 15 and 14 classes on the River Severn.
Worcester Royal Grammar School won the senior three fours and the King's School junior 16 eights girls were also successful.
