ST George's have entered the battle for honours at the top of the Worcester League Division One with two impressive wins.
Eagles found the Siket father and son combination far too hot to handle, their only successes coming from a solitary win each for Ian Bell and Alan Salisbury at the expense of Jamie Mills.
More significantly, St George's had previously inflicted a 6-4 defeat over Rainbow, for whom Wayne Chopping was in good form. His two wins could so easily have been three if he had held his nerve against Lewis Siket.
Ten-year-old Michael Siket confirmed his rapid improvements this season with hard-fought victories over Pete Griffiths and Trevor Knowles.
Leaders Wyre saw off the challenge of St George's, with a maximum for Lewis being offset by two wins each for Doug Payne, Matt Hartwell and Mark Green.
At the other end of the table, Barflies have had contrasting results, losing 10-0 to Eagles, but beating Falcons 8-2.
