OUTSIDERS made it five wins out of the last six by beating Winning Post by two pins at Heenan's Club in the Worcester and District League Division Three.
The winners led by 26 pins after the first two legs and, despite Winning Post cutting the deficit to only seven after four legs, Outsiders floored 78 chasing a victory target of 77.
Top scorers for Outsiders were P Shuard and R Macroft both with 39, while E Hill with 40 led the way for Winning Post who were suffering their first defeat in the last six games. They still remain in second place along with Mon-archs on 22 points - three points behind leaders Sarry's.
