DROITWICH Spa Women's Firsts were held to a frustrating 2-2 draw at King's Heath in Worcestershire League Division One.
Only the home goalkeeper and a late equaliser prevented Spa taking all the points after an excellent attacking display in the first-half.
Clare Darby and Keeley Hawkes led the onslaught but the visitors were unable to convert the early pressure.
A defensive lapse saw Heath score from a penalty corner but the goal forced Spa into action and Caroline Sidell levelled after a well-worked penalty corner.
Sidell converted a good free hit from Hawkes to put them ahead for the first time but Heath's player-of-the-match in goal then saved an onslaught of shots.
Rosanne Brooks in particular went close to scoring several times and was joint player-of-the-match with Sidell only for Heath to level late on.
