OFFENHAM Rovers reached the semi-finals of the Evesham Mechanical Services Subsidiary Cup with a penalty shoot-out win over Division One Moreton Town Sunday.

Rovers' opponents in the semi-final will be Eckington, who defeated Pebworth.

Alderton also reached the last four by defeating Anchor Fladbury, as Charlton, Marchant, Reid and Keatley scored the goals. Golden Cross won through to the third round with victory at Crowle.

Red Horse reached the last four of the Knock-out Cup with a 7-0 win over Cidermill. Beattie (three), Andrews (two), Sibanda and Duncan scored the goals.

In Division One of the Birdseye Sports Evesham Sunday League, strikes from Mitchell and Pellowski kept Bretforton Old Boys on top with victory over Upton Snodsbury.

A Tom Heath brace helped Ambassador beat Evesham WMC. Gardeners Arms drew 4-4 at Peopleton, while Broadway United and Bear shared six goals.

Mickleton Rangers drew 2-2 at Tewkesbury Town in Division Two. May, Davies and Noble scored as Bredon beat Badsey Rec, while Oddfellows Arms won at Inkberrow.

Defford/Besford United won a nine-goal thriller with Broadway United Res. Warren (three) and Davies (two) scored for Defford, Jimmy Phelps hit two for Broadway. Second-placed Pinvin United came from behind to win at Tesco United 2-1. Honeybourne Gate Inn saw off Ashton, while Stour Excelsior won at Bengeworth Sports.

WMK won the Division Four promotion clash with Riverside, but leaders Lenches Lions defeated Working Men's Nomads. Ambassador Reserves beat George and Dragon.
