A LAST minute goal saw the bottom two sides in British Gas Business Division One Midlands share the points.
Malvern were leading 2-1 before Tom Allnut struck in injury-time.
Berkhamsted took the lead in the 13th minute when they were given a free-kick to the left of the penalty area and Tony Fields headed home from close-range.
Jamie Hyde's free-kick was then caught by keeper Michael Underwood and Malvern custodian Craig Humphries held on to Graham Hall's free-kick in the 33rd minute.
Lee Hooper scooped a shot over the bar two minutes later and Rik Halion's 30-yard free- kick was turned round the post by Underwood on the stroke of half-time.
Malvern eventually got the goal they deserved in the 65th minute. Hyde crossed the ball into the area and Berkhamsted captain Andy Hughes turned the ball into his own net.
The hosts continued to press and took the lead eight minutes from time when Hooper headed home Dean Spiers' right wing cross.
Malvern pressed for a third but the jitters told in injury-time when Berkhamsted earned two corners. The first was cleared off the line by Andy Crowther but the second was headed home by Allnut.
Crowther almost won it for Malvern but his shot struck the post.
