MARTIN Stephens has returned for another spell as manager at Midland Combination Division One strugglers Archdales 73.
Previous boss Phil Stoddart now takes responsibility for Dales' youth development at all levels.
They have just been granted funding by the FA for their youth development scheme over the next two years.
It will allow them to introduce an under 14s team next season alongside their current under 18s set-up.
Club chairman Neil Cleaveley said: "This is great news for the club and will allow us to move forward.
"The committee believes that this will give the opportunity to the younger players, the prospect of advancing into the first team, something that no other club other than Worcester City offers within the area and see us putting something back into the community."
