FIN Smith will start for the fourth consecutive time as England Under 20s face Italy in their third and fourth place play-off match in the Under 20 Six Nations Summer Series.
After defeat to Ireland last week, in which Warriors' Smith excelled, England were ruled out of a place in the final but will have one more game in the competition.
They go head-to-head with Pool B runners-up Italy, who almost qualified for the final themselves but a late penalty sealed a dramatic 23-20 for Wales.
It means England and Italy will contest third spot in the tournament and a chance for Alan Dickens' men to avenge the 6-0 Six Nations defeat to the young Azzurri back in February.
Smith has been named to start at fly-half and once again and will see him play his final game of the summer before a rest ahead of returning to Worcester for pre-season.
Warriors players were back for their first day of training on Monday ahead of the 2022/23 campaign that starts in early September.
The fixture lists for the season are released next Tuesday.
