Worcester Warriors fly-half Fin Smith will start for England under-20s in the second match of their Six Nations Summer Series against France on Wednesday.
Smith, 20 started in the opening match of the competition against South Africa last Friday, scoring seven points in the 30-22 defeat.
Warriors Academy players Finn Theobald-Thomas and Tobi Wilson were both used off the bench against the Baby Boks but have been dropped from the squad for the French contest.
The game will kick off at 4pm on Wednesday June 29, and can be watched live on http://englandrugby.com.
"Taking the positives from our game against South Africa has been important as we prepare for tomorrow’s game," said under 20 head coach Alan Dickens.
"The three tries from Stewart, Ilione and Oresanya were pleasing and to perform against France, who had a strong start against Ireland in the first round, we need to keep focus on our set piece and maintain our discipline.
"The players have been training hard and are looking forward to facing France in round two."
The French proved too strong against Ireland in their first match of the tournament, winning 42-21.
England's final pool game will come against Ireland later in the week.
