WORCESTER Raiders' have been dealt a double blow ahead of their first season at Step 5.
Captain Logan Stoddart and brother Jordan have both departed the club in search of a new challenge.
Both have been mainstays in the Raiders defence for a number of years as the club crept up the non-league football ladder.
Captain Logan signed for Raiders at the start of the 2017/18 campaign having spent time with Bishops Cleeve.
Older brother Jordan, who has also captained Worcester City, has enjoyed two spells with the Raiders over
The Worcester News understands Jordan could be on his way to Evesham United, whilst Logan has been linked with a move to Bewdley Town to join former Raiders boss Chris Cornes.
Manager Karl Gormley said: "We wish to thank them for their time at the club and we wish them all the best for the future."
In a move likely to have been forced upon Raiders due to the pair leaving, Gormley moved to sign two defenders from Malvern Town.
Jay Sauntson and James Timmins will both wear the red and black at Sixways as Worcester prepare for their first season at Step 5.
