WORCESTER City want to extend the loan of Jonny Har-kness into a second month.
The Kidderminster Harriers left-back's current arrangement runs out following this Saturday's Blue Square North match against Hucknall Town at St George's Lane.
But City, who have already secured the services of fellow Harrier Jon Munday until the end of the season, have contacted the Aggborough club about the possibility of keeping Harkness on.
The 22-year-old has played two games for Worcester since making his temporary switch but sat out the 2-2 draw with Blyth Spartan at the weekend through a one-match ban for five bookings.
Manager Richard Dryden said: "We have just got to make a few phone calls and hopefully it won't be too much of a problem."
However, City do not have the option of extending the loan until the end of the current campaign as they already have Munday and keeper Cameron Belford on long-term loans.
