WELSH international fly-half Ceri Sweeney has issued a come-and-get-me plea to Worcester Warriors.

The Newport Gwent Dragons stand-off insists he has not spoken to Worcester but admits he would be interested in playing for the club, while Warriors director of rugby Mike Ruddock has made no secret of his admiration for the player.

The 28-year-old, who is out of contract at Rodney Parade at the end of this season, would compete with Samoan international Loki Crichton and James Brown for the Sixways number 10 jersey, as it looks likely Shane Drahm will be leaving the club.
